Wrenn & Rae Fit - Our Family Story
Hi! We’re Ashley and Lucas, and together with our two daughters, Liv & Addy, we’re the family behind Wrenn & Rae Fit™.
If you’ve followed along for a while, you already know that almost everything we do starts with one simple intention: to live a life our girls can see, feel, and learn from.
We’re an outdoor family at heart.
Hikes, races, lake days, ski trips, and exploring new places are where we connect most. Movement isn’t just something we fit into our schedule. It’s where we make memories, have our best conversations, and remind ourselves what really matters.
Wrenn & Rae Fit™ is named after our daughters because they’re the reason we chose to create a brand that represented family.
We both grew up athletes, but started to become complacent when we started our careers and family. In our early 30s, we felt tired, stressed, and disconnected So we chose to start moving and lead by example for our girls. That decision changed everything.
Now in our 40s, we feel stronger and more present than ever, and we believe age is simply proof that it’s never too late to start.
That same mindset drives how we create our fitness products as safety-forward, quality-driven, and built with intention. Every product reflects the life we live and the legacy we’re proud to build for our family.
